I bought this for my 2 year old, and this is perfect to help him calm down and fall asleep. The "waves" it produces when you set it to move are very calming. I usually use the green and blue, as the white and red is pretty bright even though you can dim it a bit. The bluetooth option is great because I can open up my Sleeping App and play a variety of sounds together for him. We love it!!
This little bulb is so cool! Some of the features I don't think it accurately describes in the add is the timer feature. You can program it too turn on and off at certain times. We have ours set to slowly turn on as it gets to be night time, and then turn itself off usually when were in bed. The light also has a ton of settings that will strobe, or transition from one color to another. This bulb is pretty rad!
You buy them, you put in batteries, you toss them in the pool, behind the couch and so on, then turn them on. I have run them nonstop for up to 16 hours and they were still running. I use them as interior lights in my Uber. One is down facing, glued to the inside of my tip jar lid, looks freaking awesome!

My teen LOVES these lights. Soo many colors. She has been leaving them on all day she enjoys them so much. Easy installation. Stick and go. If you cut the line and add the connectors, it takes a little patience. The engineer in the family did that part.Â
